QAD - Cumulative Shipped Maintenance
Cumulative shipped quantity can be adjusted or reset from 7.5.16 Cumulative Shipped Maintenance.
You can write ship-to, customer item or item number information or you can leave these fields blank to continue with entering order and order line information.
After selecting order and order line fields user can see information related with that order and line.
Below of program user can see “Adjust or Reset (A/R)” field. If shipped quantity wanted be reset, “R” option must be selected from drop down menu. If shipped quantity needed to be adjust then “A” option must be selected.
Selecting “A” option can adjust quantity and selecting “R” option quantity automatically reset by the system.
After clicking next button “Cum Shipped” field will be activated. Now user can adjust quantity with writing correct quantity.
On next screen, date also can be adjust but it is not necessary.
After clicking next button, cumulative shipped quantity will be changed and system will go back to first screen.
User can continue to enter other lines or other orders to change cumulative shipped quantity or close program.
