Incorrect Customer Item Number on Production Labels
The Cause appears to be Active and/or Inactive schedules that used that Item Number and Customer Ref exist and must be delete/archived
Solution :
Active and/or Inactive schedules that used that Item Number and Customer Ref exist and must be delete/archived via 7.5.23 Schedule Delete/Archive (rcdel.p). All types of schedules that were used that customer ref would need to be removed. Once all schedules are gone the line item on the Customer Scheduled Order may be deleted by the user. This allows only the line to be removed from the Scheduled Order leaving the other lines for other items in place. Once all existing orders that used that customer item have had their lines deleted the customer item record may be deleted in 1.16 Customer Item Maintenance (ppcpmt.p).
A new customer item would now be allowed to be created for the Customer/Ship-To and Item Number. This new customer number could then be added on the line recently deleted on existing scheduled orders if required.
1. Run 7.5.23 as shown below

2. Run Customer Scheduled Order Maintenance 7.3.13 - Delete the appropriate Line item.
3. Run Customer Item Maintenance 1.16 - Delete the appropriate cross reference line item.
