Barracuda Email Filter Walk Through
You will first receive an email from our spam filter called ‘Barracuda’ this email will be called ‘Barracude Email Security Service’ and will look like below, except with your name and email.

By clicking the link you will be taken to a webpage will you are required to create a password. This can be different from your password to log into the computer.

Once you have changed you password click the ‘Save’ button.

Confirm your password has been saved.

Next to view the emails that are currently being quarantined you will want to click ‘Message Log’

Here you will see the senders that are being quarantined, they will have a yellow square next to there name. To allow these emails to be delivered, select the senders you want and click ‘Deliver’

Make sure your message was sent to the ‘Delivery Queue’

You should receive the emails you have sent through almost right away, depending on size and how many you have selected to be delivered.
If these are senders that are constantly sending emails to you, please submit a help desk ticket to add these senders to our ‘Whitelist’ All we need is there domain, that’s everything after the @ sign, @gmail.com for example.
Once you have setup your password you will start to receive emails from our spam filter with notifications of who has been quarantined when trying to email you. In this email all you must do is click the ‘Deliver’ button and the email will be sent to the delivery queue and then to your inbox.
