How to install Epicor CMS/JGo Client
To install Epicor CMS/JGo client you will want to click here. This will download an MSI file that you should be able to install yourself once it finishes downloading, then after install there will be an icon on your desktop.
When Epicor opens you will need to enter in the correct plant name that you are searching for. Below is a table of plants and their corresponding names, find the plant you are looking for and it's database name.

Opening the Epicor app from your desktop after it has been downloaded and installed, you will want to enter in the correct database. You will want to match the other fields to belows, these fields are HostID and Plant. This will not change due to database name.
You will not need to enter in the workstation ID and for your username and password please use your CMS account credentials.
