How to Map a Network Drive
When mapping a network drive you will need to know the network address, this is the location of the folder on the network. You can find this by navigating to the folder you want to map, there in the address bar is the network location. Below are the base network locations for each plant.

IF you know the network location already you can then open your file explorer and proceed further down the walk-through on how to map the network address.
IF needing to find your network address still please follow the instructions below.

This will then pull up the file server for the plant you just entered. Here you will want to navigate to the folder you are wishing to map.

When you have the folder pulled up that you want to map you will want to grab the network location from the address bar. You can right click on the address and that will bring up options to copy.

Now that you have the address of the network location you wish to map you will then click on This Pc in your file explorer.

At the top of the file explorer, you will see a tab called Computer, clicking this will bring up the ribbon where you will now select Map Network Drive.

A window will pop up asking for the network location of the drive you wish to map, here is where you will paste the network location you got earlier. If this is a shared drive for your plant you will want to select the letter that your plant uses for their shared drive.

Once you have all this entered you can then hit Finish. You now should have your drive mapped and able to use, if done correctly the folder will pop up after you have hit finish.
PLEASE NOTE: For Windows 11 the process is a little different, there is a gif below on where to map the network address.
